Organized walk-in pantry by SimpliMind in Dublin, Ohio
4-6 hours Flat rate · Free consult first

A kitchen that works with you, not against you.

Your kitchen is the most-used room in the house. When it is cluttered, everything feels harder. Cooking takes longer. Cleaning feels pointless. The counters are buried before you finish putting groceries away.

We pull everything out. Every cabinet, every drawer, every shelf. We toss expired items, remove duplicates, and relocate things that do not belong in the kitchen. Then we rebuild. Items go where your hands reach for them. Pantry gets zoned by category. Cabinets get organized by actual use, not by what looked good on move-in day.

You walk into your kitchen the next morning and know where everything is. No digging. No moving three things to reach the one you need. The counters stay clear because there is nowhere for clutter to accumulate.

Frequently Asked Questions: Kitchen & Pantry Organization

How long does a kitchen session take?

Most kitchens take 4-6 hours depending on the size of the space and how much needs to be sorted. We complete it in a single day.

Do I need to buy organizing products before you come?

No. We figure out what you need during the session. I bring basic supplies. If you need bins or shelf systems after, I will give you a specific list so you only buy what fits.

What happens to the stuff we remove?

We sort everything into keep, donate, and toss. I help you bag the donations and can recommend local pickup services in Columbus.

Organized garage with cabinets by SimpliMind in Columbus, Ohio
Full day (6-8 hours) Flat rate · Free consult first

Park the car. Find the tools. Use the space.

Most garages stop being garages within two years of moving in. They become the room where things go when they have no other home. Seasonal items pile up, tools get buried, and the car has not been inside in months.

Everything comes out. We sort by category and frequency of use: active items you reach for weekly, seasonal items you need a few times a year, and items that are leaving the house entirely. We build clear zones with wall storage, shelving, and labeled bins. Active tools go at arm level. Seasonal storage goes high.

The car fits. You can find the drill. The holiday bins are labeled and stacked where you can reach them. The floor is clear. Clients tell me it feels like getting a new room.

Frequently Asked Questions: Garage Organization

My garage is really bad. Can you handle it?

Yes. I have organized garages that had not been touched in years. The worse it is, the more dramatic the result. No judgment.

Do I need to buy shelving before the session?

I recommend waiting until after we sort. Most people need less storage than they think once the unnecessary items are removed. I will tell you exactly what to buy after.

What if my partner does not want to get rid of anything?

We work with both of you. I am not there to force decisions. I help you see what you actually use and what is taking up space without earning it.

Organized basement by SimpliMind in Dublin, Ohio
Full day (6-8 hours) Flat rate · Free consult first

Use the room again. Not as storage. As a room.

Basements collect everything you could not deal with at the time. Boxes from a move, seasonal decorations with no system, furniture you replaced but did not remove. Eventually you stop going down there.

We sort everything into four categories: keep and use, keep and store properly, donate, and trash. Then we build zones. Holiday decorations go together. Sports gear goes together. Archive boxes get labeled and shelved. The goal is to recover usable floor space and make everything findable without digging.

You use the basement. For the first time in years, it functions as a room — whether that means storage that makes sense, a utility space, or an area your family actually spends time in.

Frequently Asked Questions: Basement Organization

We have boxes from a move five years ago. Can you help?

That is more common than you think. We open every box, sort the contents, and either find them a proper home or remove them. Most clients are surprised by how much they can let go of once they see it all laid out.

Our basement has moisture issues. Does that affect the session?

I can work in any basement condition. If moisture is an issue, I will recommend storage solutions that protect your items (sealed bins, elevated shelving) and flag anything that has already been damaged.

How do I keep the basement organized after the session?

The system we build is designed for maintenance. Everything has a labeled zone. New items only enter if they have a place assigned. The key is that the organized version is easier to maintain than the cluttered version was to live with.

Organized kids playroom by SimpliMind in Dublin, Ohio
3-5 hours Flat rate · Free consult first

A playroom your kids can actually play in — and clean up themselves.

Toy chaos is its own category of overwhelming. The pieces multiply. The bins overflow. The floor disappears. And asking your kids to clean up starts a negotiation because nobody knows where anything goes.

We sort every toy, game, and craft supply into categories. Items your kids use stay. Items they have outgrown or lost interest in get donated or stored. We build zones: active play, reading, arts, games. Everything gets a labeled bin or basket at kid height so they can put it back themselves.

Your kids play in a room that makes sense to them. Cleanup takes five minutes because every toy has a visible, reachable home. You stop stepping on LEGOs at midnight. The playroom stays organized because the system was built for small hands, not magazine covers.

Frequently Asked Questions: Kid's Playroom Organization

What age kids does this work for?

Any age. For toddlers, we use picture labels and low-reach bins. For school-age kids, we build zones by activity type. The system grows with your children because it is based on how they play, not on how old they are.

My kids have too many toys. Will you make us throw everything away?

No. We sort together and you decide what stays. Most families are surprised by how many broken, outgrown, or duplicate items they find. I help you see what your kids actually play with versus what is taking up space. Donations go to families who need them.

Will the playroom actually stay organized with kids using it?

Yes — if the system is built for how kids think. Bins at their height, labels they can read or recognize, zones that match their activities. The goal is a five-minute cleanup, not a perfect room. Kids maintain systems that make sense to them.

Your kitchen, garage, or basement can feel different by this time next week.

The free consult is 20 minutes. No commitment. We talk about your space, what frustrates you, and whether a session makes sense. Most people know within the first five minutes.
